I came in through campus recruitment for a panel that leaned more toward personality and general fit than deep technical evaluation.

Campus recruiter + HQ visit (panel) — I visited headquarters for a panel format.
Mostly behavioral, partially technical — The questions were only partially technical; the majority focused on personality and fit.
Culture emphasis — The environment felt family oriented, and the company seemed open to candidates with average technical skills as long as they were driven and fit in. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that enthusiasm and cultural alignment outweighed technical intensity in this process.
