I interviewed through an in-person, high-touch day with multiple people where the technical content was interleaved with resume discussion and a tour.

HR phone screen — I started with an initial phone interview with HR.
In-person full-day meet-and-greet — I spent nearly a full workday meeting many people across two departments.
Panel interview (3-person) — In another instance, I did a panel with HR, an engineering manager, and a head product engineer.
Facility tour — After the interview, I was shown more about the production facility. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that being clear and consistent across both behavioral and technical conversations carried the day.
