My interviews for this Financial Analyst role felt relatively low-stress and people-focused, with technical elements mixed in but no overwhelming complexity.

Short technical setup + interview with actuaries — I met with two actuaries, and there was a technical test before the conversations.
Casual conversation at the office — I visited an office location and had a friendly, non-traditional set of chats with a hiring manager and analysts; it took about an hour and a half total. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but both experiences emphasized being easy to talk to and showing up prepared.
