I interviewed for the Financial Analyst role in a difficult, multi-stage process that was mentally demanding but with a notably supportive technical experience.

Aptitude round — I completed a 2-hour aptitude assessment.
Technical interview(s) — I then went through rounds focused on reserves/bonuses and project appraisal, with interviewers who were cooperative.
Final interview (technical + personality) — I was evaluated on both technical reasoning and interpersonal fit; even when I struggled, the interviewer guided me toward a structured way to think. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that you should come ready to defend your reasoning, even if you need hints to complete your answer.
