Boston, MAPosted Feb 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a digital-first process centered on a one-way montage/video interview, where I had to deliver concise answers and then communicate strongly in follow-ups.

Online application → montage interview — I completed a one-way recorded interview where questions appeared on screen; I had a short window to think and then respond, with no retries.
Video format guidance — The role was positioned as consulting-focused rather than insurance, so they emphasized communication even in the earlier stages.
No clear next step — After the phone/video stage, I didn’t hear back. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that this stage is about delivering polished, well-structured answers under time pressure.
