San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a smooth, highly conversational process for the Financial Analyst role, and it moved fast from an online Excel test to onsite interviews.

Online Excel test — I completed an Excel-based test shortly after applying.
One-way video interview — I later recorded responses to prompts.
Phone screening — I had a live phone conversation to go deeper on my experience.
Onsite (principals; conversational interviews) — I met with multiple principals in a mostly two-sided, discussion-heavy format where I could ask a lot of questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but I left feeling the interviews were unusually thoughtful and quality-focused.
