I interviewed for Financial Analyst with a difficult structure that included a timed assessment and a segmented interview day.

Application + 30-minute intro — I started with an application, then a short Zoom introduction.
Timed analytical assessment — A proctored analytical test that felt intense for the time allowed.
Final interview (4 segments) — A two-hour interview split into four 30-minute segments with pairs at different levels. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the timed analytical assessment and segmented final rounds were the hardest parts.
