Gurgaon, HaryanaPosted Sep 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a straightforward, conversational interview experience with principals/seniors and a quick technical check, and the overall feel was relaxed and easy to navigate.

HR + technical combined screen — I met with two interviewers in a short session (about 30 minutes); the questions were described as straightforward.
Multi-interviewer conversations + Excel test — I went through multiple interviews with principals and senior staff and took an Excel test; nothing felt “hard,” and I was encouraged to come with questions. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that even when rounds are easy and conversational, the Excel component is still an explicit gate.
