London, EnglandPosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Consultant role and found the experience supportive and respectful, with a recruiter intro call followed by two Zoom interviews.

Introductory recruiter chat — a short call to confirm requirements and discuss my qualifications and interests (no technical questions).
Technical interview (Zoom) — a session with senior members focused on qualifications and interests.
Third round (Zoom) — another round scheduled shortly after. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that clear, respectful communication helped me showcase my fit.
