VietnamPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started with a virtual call with the hiring manager, where we went through my CV.

After that, I had to complete a set of tasks ahead of the second interview—small but concrete steps that felt like they were testing how I’d approach work, not just how I’d talk about it. The first second-round interview went okay, but then things got messy.

When I was asked to redo my presentation task, it already threw me off, and the follow-up interview got canceled hours before it was supposed to happen. The lack of communication and the sudden changes made it hard to trust the process, and I ended up feeling like the team handling logistics didn’t have the candidate experience in mind.
