Hong KongPosted Dec 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

This process started with an online application and then an invitation for a written test.

The email scheduled a specific date and time, but when that moment came, no test was actually given. The role had already been filled just a few days later, and the whole sequence felt extremely disrespectful given how long people might have prepared.

I was left with a sense of wasted effort rather than a challenge to overcome. There wasn’t a clear explanation or closure tied to the test invitation, and by the time I learned the position was no longer available, it didn’t feel like there had been real consideration for the candidates who had blocked out time and followed the instructions.
