I interviewed for the Consultant role with an average-difficulty path that included resume review, initial conversations, technical evaluations, and later rounds.

Resume review / initial interviews — they reviewed my resume and started with interviewer conversations.
Technical evaluations — I had evaluation steps intended to test aptitude.
Concluding rounds — final interviews focused on communication and relatively straightforward questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that they looked for both communication and practical technical fit.
