Santa Clara, CAPosted Nov 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer over a longer period, and while one attempt didn’t go well, a later re-contact led to a second chance with a very different interview experience.

Team 1 phone + in-person loop — I went through HR calls and two phone interviews plus two in-person interactions; the first team asked personality plus technical questions but felt inconsistent and unfocused.
Re-contacted for a second team — After about a month, HR reached back out and I interviewed again. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer from the overall process, and my takeaway was that interviewer quality and structure varied a lot across teams.
