I went through McAfee’s lighter-weight early screening/assessment steps, and it felt pretty straightforward but not conversion-friendly.

Recruiter screen — a quick initial chat to walk through my resume, what I learned in past roles, what I want next, plus behavioral prompts like describing a time I solved a problem.
Online assessment — an email invitation to take an aptitude test; even with correct answers, I still received a rejection. Outcome: I didn’t move forward after the early stages; the process was easy, but the outcome was still a hard stop.
