I applied and completed their online assessment, but the feedback loop I received felt chaotic and demoralizing.

Online assessment (followed by repeated status updates) — I got an OA link after delays and a system glitch, completed it the same day, then later received emails saying my skills didn’t match and that my assessment wasn’t up to the mark; I even replied asking why I was shortlisted if I wasn’t a fit. Outcome: I was rejected without a clear, consistent explanation; the timeline and email feedback made it feel like process issues rather than performance alone.
