BengaluruPosted Dec 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer with a fairly standard structure—multiple technical rounds followed by manager/HR discussions.

Technical round (set #1) — I went through a first technical stage.
Coding test round — A dedicated round where candidates had to solve coding challenges.
Technical round (set #3) — Additional technical evaluation after the code test.
Manager/HR compensation discussions — After technical rounds, I discussed compensation with a manager and HR.
Director discussion — The final discussion was with the director. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that the process clearly separated coding ability from later compensation and leadership alignment.
