Santa Clara, CAPosted May 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer with a straightforward technical flow—project context plus a test and then senior/HR discussions.

Technical interview — I discussed the project and requirements and answered role-relevant technical questions.
Technical test — I took a technical test after the initial interview.
Senior manager interview — I covered leadership-level expectations.
HR negotiations — I discussed compensation and closing details. Outcome: I didn’t receive the offer, and my takeaway was that they assessed both how I think about projects and how I present decisions to senior stakeholders.
