My experience across multiple attempts had a consistent theme: the technical work may have been fair, but scheduling and communication issues made the process feel messy and disrespectful.

Recruiter screen / early checks — initial contact and resume/CV screening questions.
Assessment or early test step — in some cases an online test through a third-party vendor or an aptitude-style evaluation.
Technical rounds and HR — several rounds of technical questioning (DS/algo and other topic areas) with HR included in some flows.
Rescheduling / poor process management — interviews were postponed repeatedly or confirmations were missing; sometimes there was no rejection notice or feedback, and follow-ups were difficult. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer;
