I went through a long, difficult day with manager-led scenario questions, hands-on practical work, and a written technical assessment.

Manager interview — discussion of my background and experiences plus scenario-based questions about how I would resolve issues.
Practical interview — I implemented exercises on a computer.
Written test — technical questions centered on programming language concepts and identifying issues inside a method. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; it was difficult mainly because it included both implementation practice and written debugging.
