I interviewed for Software Engineer through eLitmus and a multi-part written screening that was extremely difficult, followed by technical design and coding tasks.

eLitmus written test — 60 questions across quant/logical/English in a long timed window; quant was described as very tough.
Technical objective test — A smaller objective quiz covering OS basics and C program output.
Design + coding — I was asked to design classes for Minesweeper and write code for checking malicious email content. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and my takeaway was that success depended heavily on strong aptitude plus the ability to design and implement from requirements.
