I interviewed for a Software Engineer (Java-leaning) role with multiple technical steps—phone then onsite—and it felt moderately difficult due to core language and data-structure coverage.

Telephonic round — A ~1.5 hour call focused on Java core topics plus data structures like linked lists and queue operations, along with a couple of puzzles.
Onsite interview — I sat with three interviewers; they mostly asked about my previous work and experience, plus C technical questions.
Technical interview follow-on — The process continued with difficult technical questioning across multiple languages, reinforcing that the bar was high. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was to be ready to switch languages and back up experience with concrete coding
