I did a video interview and was told I should hear back within about ten days.

Instead, it dragged out, and I only received a rejection much later—months afterward—despite me trying to follow up with the recruiter through messages.

The actual content of the interview wasn’t described in detail, but the process experience was defined by the timing and lack of responsiveness. That delay made everything feel unresolved for far too long.

I didn’t get an offer, and what stuck with me was how persistent the uncertainty became once the timeline they gave didn’t hold.
