After a recruiter screen that focused on fit, I moved into a packed day of interviews that felt very consulting-focused.

The first part was essentially a behavioral conversation—covering why the company and why consulting—followed by multiple case interview rounds. I ended up speaking with three different hiring managers, each running a distinct case, and the whole thing played out across the same day.

The difficulty was high enough that I had to stay sharp through every handoff, but the format was consistent: structured problem-solving with expectations to explain my thinking as I went. Between rounds, there wasn’t much downtime, which made it important to keep my approach clear and controlled under pressure.
