Maruti Suzuki Software Engineer interview experience

After shortlisting candidates based on CVs, I had an in-person interview session at my campus, and then I went through a group discussion round. The whole thing was essentially a way to narrow down fit before moving forward.

What made it feel different was that it wasn’t only about one-on-one testing—communication and how I interacted in a group setting mattered. I eventually received an offer, and it felt like the process was designed to assess both basic suitability from the CV and interpersonal fit during the discussion.
