I went into my process with the expectation of a standard technical interview, but it started with a stronger presentation requirement than I anticipated.

I had to deliver a short talk centered on academic projects, achievements, and one standout quality, and then the panel followed up by questioning the projects and internships I’d worked on.

The difficulty felt on the higher side because after the presentation discussion, I had to handle technical questions connected to core automotive topics, including things like internal combustion engine fundamentals. Alongside that, there was an HR conversation where they asked about my motivation, and they also wanted clarity about how honest and direct I could be about what I’d done and learned.
