On my end, the first step was a technical test conducted at the campus.

Those who were shortlisted then had to attend an interview at the Manesar plant. The process felt selective from the start: out of 35 people who gave the interview, only eight received FTE.

Because it was framed around campus funneling into a plant-based interview, it didn’t feel like there were many chances to recover once you were in the hot seat. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I remember the overall experience as intense and competitive—mainly because the numbers were so tight at the end.
