The interview I went through was a panel, with both the tech lead and the product lead joining.

We split time between behavioral topics and questions about React, and the conversation ended with a technical algorithm question. The algorithm part felt like a LeetCode medium level challenge, and it was the most clear-cut “problem” segment of the session.

The panel format made everything feel a bit more formal, since multiple perspectives were in the room and the discussion flowed across product and engineering angles. Overall, it was a structured interview that forced me to demonstrate not just knowledge of React, but also the ability to reason through a concrete algorithm problem.
