My process started with a HackerRank coding exam before I even got to the interviews proper.

After that, there were multiple sessions besides HR: a technical interview with an automation/testing lead, a pair programming round with a developer, and then a final manager/director interview.

Even though it was organized, the overall difficulty felt high—my coding work and the technical discussions took real effort. The pair programming part especially pushed me to think on my feet while keeping my approach readable and test-aware. By the time the manager/director round arrived, I felt like they’d already covered a lot of ground, and I walked out feeling drained more than confident.
