Makati City2024 interview · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied at the end of 2024 and got a technical interview scheduled about two weeks later.

That first technical round was hard enough that I genuinely expected I’d be rejected.

A few days after that, I got moved to a final interview with a department director for the following week. After completing the final conversation, I received a job offer within the same day, and HR was very nice throughout. The speed from final interview to offer was the part that caught me off guard, since the difficulty of the technical step had made everything feel uncertain right before.
