Lucid Motors·Software Engineer

Lucid Motors Software Engineer interview experience

Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a recruiter reaching out to me directly through LinkedIn.

We did a 45-minute telephone round that mostly focused on my background and resume.

After that, I had an HR screening session that ran for about 45 minutes as well. That step was very resume-deep-dive and it also included some technical interview elements, so it wasn’t just conversational.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. What stood out to me was how quickly they moved from recruiter screening into a hybrid discussion where they wanted both my story and some technical substance.
