Lucid Motors Software Engineer interview experience

It began with a 30-minute screening call, then I moved into a 45-minute technical interview that included a CoderPad coding challenge.

The final stage was a long, intensive loop round that lasted about four hours. That segment was focused on technical depth, problem-solving, and overall fit, and it felt like the most concentrated part of everything. I remember finishing the loop thinking I’d put a lot on the table and that the questions were genuinely trying to probe how I think under pressure. Even though it was the hardest segment, the process itself felt manageable and well organized.
