Lucid Motors Systems Engineer interview experience

I spent time learning what the team actually did and how the role would fit into the broader responsibilities, and the interviewers came across as experienced and well behaved. The questions stayed focused on their areas of expertise, and I didn’t feel like I was being ambushed.

After two rounds of phone conversations and then four rounds of panel plus a presentation, I accepted an offer. It felt like a normal, structured process where each step contributed to a clearer picture of the role.
