Lucid Motors Software Engineer interview experience

The loop wasn’t described as especially hard, but it was clearly selective. I spoke with HR first, then with the hiring manager, and then I had three separate rounds that were each about 30 minutes.

The structure made it feel like they were carefully narrowing in. Even though the rounds didn’t feel brutal, I still didn’t make it to the final decision.
