Lucid Motors Software Engineer interview experience

I started with an HR screening call, then had a longer set of back-to-back discussions with the hiring manager and two senior engineers. The third round was the final stage, but I didn’t reach it, so I didn’t have much detail about that part.

Even in the early stages, the experience felt tepid. Interviewers seemed unprofessional, and they were late and unprepared, which made the process feel less polished than I expected. That lack of smoothness stuck with me.
