Sunnyvale, CAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out for a short 15-minute phone chat, and we moved quickly from there to the first technical screen.

The technical screen itself was a coding round, and the recruiter also provided prep materials ahead of time.

I didn’t pass that coding screen. The process ended there, so I didn’t get to experience any broader system design or ML-focused rounds.

It was definitely a disappointing stop, but it also made the evaluation feel clean and decisive: the first technical coding round was the gate, and I wasn’t able to get through it.
