I went through a quick HR screen first, just 15 minutes by phone.

It was mostly a straightforward fit check, and then I moved into a single longer technical interview with the manager of the software team for about an hour.

That technical conversation was where the real focus landed. I answered questions and worked through the discussion until the manager seemed satisfied with the direction of my experience. After that, things moved fast—I got a call with an offer not long afterward. Even though it was tough, the structure felt clean, and the outcome made it clear they’d made up their mind based on how I performed in that one technical round.
