L3Harris Software Engineer interview experience

It was one of my first times interviewing like that, and I wasn’t prepared for the dynamic of answering while three people were engaged at once.

Only one person was really asking questions, but I still felt a strong need to include all three—especially maintaining eye contact—because it would’ve felt off if I didn’t. That attention demand made the whole experience feel intimidating rather than purely challenging academically. I didn’t receive an offer, and I walked away realizing how the format itself can derail confidence, even when I knew the material.
