Nashville, TNPosted Aug 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up going through three rounds total, starting with a hiring manager conversation and then moving to another engineer.

The last step was a team interview where I was grilled for about an hour. Alongside the live interviews, I also had a take-home assignment, and that was honestly the hardest part of the process.

The difficulty felt higher as I got deeper—by the time I reached the team round it felt more intense and less like a conversation. I thought I did reasonably well on the interviews, but after the take-home I never heard anything back, even though the expectation had been that I’d move forward. I didn’t get an offer, and the whole thing left me feeling stuck after investing the time.
