L3Harris Software Engineer interview experience

It had four clear stages: first an application step, then a phone interview with HR, followed by an online interview with a general manager. That manager interview was typically behavioral in nature, but it also tied back to projects I’d done and what I’d worked on.

The final stage was where the difficulty really spiked. I had an in-person interview that included both a senior engineer and a branch manager, and it ran for about two hours. It combined behavioral questions with technical questions, and it also included work-style elements where I was shown simulation and FEA contour plots.
