I had a process that felt slower and more “check-in heavy” than most—talking to multiple people before HR ever circled back.

I started with interviews in sequence: first a one-on-one, then a couple rounds that were one-on-two, and only after all of that was done did HR call me with an offer. By the time it was over, it had taken some time and involved quite a few conversations, but everything felt clearly coordinated.

Not every version of the experience I had matched that thoroughness. In an earlier call, I got a quick phone interview about availability that lasted around forty minutes, and I was told they’d follow up with next steps—but then I never heard from them again.

What stayed consistent for me overall
