I first got involved through a career fair, where the interaction with the company rep led to a surprisingly quick next step.

The interview wasn’t formal in the usual way—it felt more like a conversation during the event—and I ended up being offered a job just two days after the fair. It also helped that the overall energy felt positive and like I had a clear chance to demonstrate interest.

It didn’t feel like a drawn-out multi-round evaluation; it felt like a direct decision based on a quick discussion.
