After HR reached out, I had a short scheduling window and then joined a 45-minute video interview on Teams as soon as it fit my availability.

I interviewed with two engineering managers, and the format stayed pretty calm and resume-driven.

Most of the questions were about what I’d done at my previous jobs—what I worked on, what skills I brought, and generally how I framed my experience. There weren’t any technical questions thrown in, and there weren’t weird behavioral twists either. The pace felt efficient and low-pressure, and I heard back with a job offer the next day, which made the whole experience feel unusually smooth for an interview process.
