My experience started with a phone conversation that felt extremely short and light on substance.

After applying, I ended up taking a single hour-long call with no technical questions at all, and the next step was just an offer. The problem was the whole thing felt oddly rushed and not thorough, especially with the context of layoffs I’d noticed at the time.

I also had another interaction tied to a career fair where the process was immediate—during the event, I was handed a resume handoff and then started getting interview questions right away, catching me off guard. Even though it lasted only about half an hour, it still didn’t feel like there was much structure.
