L3Harris Software Engineer interview experience

I ended up with a phone interview about two weeks later, and it went well. The manager who interviewed me was personable and clear about job responsibilities, which made it easier to picture what day-to-day work would look like.

Because it stayed focused and the conversation felt straightforward, the experience didn’t overwhelm me. I left feeling like my fit and the role’s scope had been explained in a normal, respectful way.
