Atlanta, GAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had two behavioral interviews back-to-back, first with a manager and then with a partner.

Each person only asked one question, and after that they handed me the rest of the block to ask them questions. The setup felt informal and conversational, and it was genuinely easy to find background about them beforehand.

Because it wasn’t a long sequence of back-and-forth questions, it reduced the anxiety I expected from an interview format like this. I was offered an internship after the conversations, so it ended up feeling like a smooth evaluation rather than a stressful grilling.
