KPMG Auditor interview experience

The whole thing happened in a large room with a lot of other people interviewing at the same time, which made it feel more like a scheduled event day than a traditional 1:1 process.

After the assessment-centre activities, I moved on to an interview with a senior manager or partner. The focus felt like it was about how I’d handle the role and how I’d fit with the team, not just whether I could recite audit facts. Overall it felt structured and fairly straightforward, but clearly competitive since everything was happening in parallel with many other candidates.
