KPMG Auditor interview experience

The sequence felt pretty classic for a firm like this: they checked my fit early, then went up the chain.

I remember how long it took end to end—it wasn’t dragged out. My steps finished within about two weeks of my last interview, and the interviews themselves ranged from around 30 minutes to about an hour. Across the conversations, the mix was both fit-focused and some technical grounding, so I wasn’t only answering “why audit” style questions.

By the time I got to the higher-level discussion, I felt comfortable because I had already had chances to explain my experience in earlier rounds.
