KPMG Auditor interview experience

The questions were pretty straightforward, and I also got to understand more about the employer and the direction of the team. The focus stayed on the role and on why they should hire me for the position.

Even though it was early in the process, the tone made me feel like they were trying to assess fit and motivation, not just check boxes. I left the call feeling like I had communicated clearly, but I didn’t end up getting an offer. The experience overall was positive in the way it was run, even if the final decision didn’t go my way.
