I came in through a career-day interaction and then had an additional follow-up call from KPMG.

The initial HR conversation was online on Teams with an HR lead, and it felt like a straightforward next step after I introduced myself at the event.

The overall tone was normal and professional—more about understanding why I was interested and how I approached the role than about anything extremely technical. I remember leaving the call feeling like the process was moving, but because I only had this single touchpoint captured, it didn’t end up as a full view of the rest of the journey.
