Kohl's Account Executive interview experience

The whole process felt efficient and straightforward, and the interviewer came across as genuinely kind and open about the role. Most of what I discussed was my background and general fit, and it stayed pretty relaxed.

During the conversation, I was able to talk through my prior experience, and the interviewer also asked where I’d want to work since there were multiple departments available. I remember it as more of a normal conversation than anything with trick questions, and I heard back fairly quickly after that.
